“In accordance with article (2) of the section titled “Transition and Adaptation Provisions” of the Board Principle Decision numbered 42/1259 dated 08.08.2024, published in our Board’s Bulletin numbered 38 dated 08.08.2024, the applications of the following platforms have been removed from processing due to the incomplete or insufficient submission of the explanations and documents requested in articles (3) and (4) of the document list in Annex/1 included in our Board’s announcement dated 02.07.2024.
In accordance with article (1) of the section titled “Transition and Compliance Provisions” of the Board Principle Decision numbered 42/1259 dated 08.08.2024, published in our Board’s Bulletin numbered 38 dated 08.08.2024, our Board declares that it will continue its activities, however, the applications of the following platforms, which do not have any customers and/or customer storage balances as of the application date, have not been processed.”
