CATIZENhas officially launched the AirDrop interface, marking a significant milestone in the Token Generation Event (TGE). The CATIZEN team announced that no tokens will be allocated to the team during the TGE phase, demonstrating the project’s commitment to community ownership.
No Tokens Reserved for Team, Investors or Advisors
According to the statement made by the President of the CATIZEN Foundation, all tokens distributed in the current TGE are reserved for the community. Specifically, 30.5 percent of the total TGE supply is allocated as follows: 15 percent AirDrop‘s, 9 percent for launch pools, 5 percent for liquidity, and 1.5 percent for funding. Notably, zero percent of TGE tokens are reserved for the team, investors, or advisors. This structure means that the community will have full ownership and control over the CATI token.
The AirDrop interface is now live and allows users to participate in the distribution of CATI tokens. In addition, users are given the opportunity to stake their tokens and earn rewards. Stake to Earn interface was also activated simultaneously. This dual approach aims to encourage active participation and build a strong and engaged community within the CATIZEN ecosystem.
The CATIZEN Foundation President emphasized the team’s commitment to transparency and fair token distribution in a letter to the community, saying, “We believe that the strength of CATIZEN lies in its community. By ensuring that all TGE shares are owned by the community, we are laying the foundation for a decentralized and strong ecosystem.”
