Pomp Investments founder Anthony Pompliano, Bitcoin $96,907.4Despite (BTC) falling below the psychological price level of $100,000, it continues to have a positive outlook in the long term.
Positive Expectations for Bitcoin
In his interview with FOX 5, Pompliano stated that 2025 will be a great year for Bitcoin. Investors mentioned two factors that are likely to push Bitcoin prices up.
Pompliano said continued money printing in the United States and around the world could increase Bitcoin prices. He also stated that the Federal Reserve’s reduction in interest rates would increase the M2 money supply, leading to cheap capital entering the market. The first reason remains inexorably valid. However, the Fed is expected to make 2 interest rate cuts in 2025. Although the decrease in interest rate cut expectations feeds the current decline in the market for now, things may turn around with positive inflation data in the next 1-2 months.
Interest of Institutional Investors
Pompliano explained that Bitcoin has become less risky for large investors thanks to its long-term strengthening performance and increasing market value. He stated that once Bitcoin’s market value reaches $3 trillion, large pools of capital will consider investing in it.
“Once Bitcoin gets bigger and reaches $3 trillion market cap, everyone will say, ‘This is a safe investment opportunity.’”
The analyst argued that Bitcoin, as an asset with a limited supply, will continue to attract large capital flows and the price should continue to rise.
Currently, Bitcoin is trading at $97,363. Pompliano remains positive about the future of Bitcoin and urges investors to be careful with this trend. Fluctuations in the Bitcoin market and Pompliano’s views may constitute important signals for investors. Following these developments closely can support investment decisions. However, investors who are aware that analysts do not see the future may be risky if they apply these views directly to their strategies.
The future of Bitcoin is shaped by economic policies and the interest of institutional investors. Investors can determine their strategies by considering Bitcoin’s limited supply and market dynamics.
