United States Court of Appeals rules on new Ripple filed by Bradley Sostack $2.1 announced the dates of his case. Determining the application period and the dates on which the main arguments will be presented are on the agenda during the appeal process of the case.
Ripple Case Dates
The appeals court received the notice of appeal in the Ripple case and assigned a case number to the case. The court requested that each decision requested in this process be made separately.
Plaintiff Bradley Sostack must file the Mediation Questionnaire by December 23. The court is also awaiting the Appellate Transcript Order and the Appellate Transcript on December 31 and January 30.
The plaintiff will begin the appeal process against Ripple and CEO Brad Garlinghouse by filing an opening statement on March 6. Ripple Labs, XRP II and Garlinghouse will respond to the appellant’s main statement by April 7, 2025.

Previous Court Decisions
Previous dividend court rulings in favor of Ripple were appealed by Bradley Sostack. Judge Phyllis Hamilton approved the request to amend the verdict and hearing in the XRP case.
The case between Ripple and the SEC continues in the Second District Court of Appeal. Ripple executives and the crypto community are hopeful that the lawsuit will be dismissed or withdrawn. The resignation of SEC Chairman Gary Gensler on January 20 fuels hopes for the future of the case.
While the developments of the Ripple case resonate in the crypto markets, the relevant parties continue their preparations for the process. Following the dates determined by the court will be important for the course of the case.
